■   ‘The Bookmark’ Journal, published bimonthly, contains detailed information on all new issues as well as informative articles on past and present QEII GB stamps. A ‘Wants and Offers’ page proves popular.

Auctions

■   Available on CD are: Catalogues covering all traditionally gummed decimal stamp books (currently being rewritten for issue in separate parts) or the more recent self-adhesive books; Booklet Plating Charts; Complete Bookmark listing of GB QEII catalogue and reference numbers; back issues of ‘The Bookmark’ Journal from 1971 onwards, of which the
last 3 volumes are in full colour.

Meetings

■   Meetings of Circle members are usually held twice a year in the Midlands although a new venue is being arranged for the next meeting scheduled for the spring of 2012. These informal and lively encounters provide the ideal opportunity to buy, sell and exchange material with other members. Occasionally, there are displays and presentations and knowledgeable members are always on hand to offer information, guidance and advice.

Library

■   The Circle maintains an extensive library from which members are free to borrow items for the cost of postage and packing.
